OUR STORY

After 20 years of trade in Yallingup, the popular Bush Shack Brewery moved into two new venues in the South West.

Brewers Danial and Coralie Wind are embarking on a joint venture with long-time friends Mik and Kristiina Silvestri from Aquaviva Catering, who have more than 28 years of experience in the kitchen.

The team run both venues - the Brewery in the beautiful Ferguson Valley and the Bush Shack Steakhouse in Busselton.

With a focus on quality produce on both the food and beverage menu we strive to deliver an unpretentious dining experience into the Busselton region.

At Bush Shack Steakhouse we offer relaxed dining with a family friendly atmosphere. Our menu has something for everyone featuring char grilled steaks and a great selection of varied main meals.

With extensive hospitality experience, the focus is on excellent customer service with a friendly can-do attitude.

A newly installed dispense bar brings you 15 taps filled with not just Bush Shack products, but a continuing rotation of guest brews with a focus on supporting the local craft beer scene. This is complimented by a restaurant licence with a fully stocked bar offering local wines, spirits, cocktails and more.

An extended trading permit allows punters to call in for a refreshing bevvy without the need to purchase a meal.

Bush Shack Steakhouse is the perfect venue whether for an intimate dinner for two, families, social groups or for larger style functions.

We are also able to deliver all your catering needs through Aquaviva Catering.
